Volkswagen Middle East calls on drivers to #AskVW

Middle East is offering car-enthusiasts the chance to ask its experts any car-related question and receive a personalized response via a new social media service.

Whether requesting the latest model information, or the location of their nearest showroom, Volkswagen fans simply need to post their question on their Facebook or Twitter profiles (ensuring their pages are public), with the hashtag #AskVW, to enjoy direct access to Volkswagen certified technicians until the end of October.


Personalized answers will then be prepared – available in both English and Arabic – and shared via the Volkswagen Middle East Facebook page and linked to the user’s profile.

Thomas Milz, Managing Director of Volkswagen Middle East said: “As social media continues to penetrate the social and business landscape, more people are turning to the web for the latest information. To answer the needs of our customers today, we have enhanced our online service proposition with the launch of #AskVW to extend our guidance and expertise to the digital generation of car fans in the Middle East.”

    Hi Wilson,

    A quick word with Volkswagen reveals that the base model of the 2015 Touareg is not available with a panoramic sunroof. Hope this helps.

    I would like to know if the new 2014/2015 touareg base model has panoramic sunroof?
