Big discounts on UAE Alfas

The new Giulietta hatchback will come to the region in GCC spec in 2011

is celebrating its 100th anniversary by offering big discounts on its cars in the UAE.

The Italian brand has also announced that its latest model, the Giulietta, will arrive in the region next year.

Discounts of up to 25 percent are available across the Alfa Range from UAE dealer Gargash Motors, along with a free three-year service package, free registration and free Salik tag, as well as free 24-hour roadside assistance.

The exact discounts depend on the model. The Alfa GT has between 10 and 19 percent of the price knocked off, while the 159 attracted a discount of between 11 and 16 percent. Those purchasing a Spider will find the biggest savings, with between 20 and 25 percent of the price taken off, while the Brera coupe is discounted by between 18 and 23 percent.

The MiTo will return with uprated cooling for the GCC at the end of 2010

The Giulietta, in full GCC specification, will come to the region in 2011. The hatchback has attracted excellent reviews in Europe, where it has just gone on sale. It is a replacement for the 147.

The Alfa Romeo MiTo compact hatchback, which went on sale in limited numbers in 2008, will return to the region in GCC specification at the end of the year. Earlier models were special imports for early adopters. The new models will have improved cooling for the Arabian heat.
