Red Cross goes green with Nissan LEAF

and Fleet Forum today handed over a 100 percent electric LEAF car to the World Food Program (WFP) and International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC).

Nissan has loaned LEAF electric cars for 6 months to Red Cross and World Food Program

Under the agreement, the two organizations received a each for a period of six months. On completion of this period, the cars will be handed back to Nissan. The demonstrator program is designed to let organizations experience the benefits of electric cars and to encourage them to add some to their fleet.

Nissan, together with its Alliance partner Renault, aims to be a global leader in zero-emission mobility.

    To the Nissan team – good work to preserve environment and life. But, make cheap so that evey one should by it. Also make in set with solar chargers. It will be more environment friendly.
