The Q7 was ’s first attempt at making a SUV but since its launch, the Q7 is designed for the road and doesn’t possess serious off-road capabilities. On sale since 2007, the Q7 has taken the crown of being one of the highest selling vehicles and continues strengthening ’s sales numbers.

Being the flagship SUV, the can be heavily customised with optional packages that include a host of design, equipment and interior packages. You can choose from a variety of materials, leather trims and performance packages that let you customise your car according to your taste.

The Q7 is available with either a V6 petrol engine or V8 diesel engines. The 3.0-litre V6 has been tuned differently for the base variant and the top-end variant. In the base variant, this engine produces 272bhp at 4700-6500rpm and 400Nm of torque. In the top-end variant this same engine produces 333bhp at 5500-6500rpm and 440Nm of torque at 2900-5300rpm.

The 4.2-litre diesel engine produces 340bhp at 4000rpm and a massive 800Nm of torque at a very usable 1750-2750Nm. The 6-litre V12 diesel engine produces 500bhp at 2750rpm and 1000Nm of torque at 1750-3250rpm. The diesel variants however are not for sale in Bahrain and KSA.

All variants of the Q7 come with kinetic energy recovery system as standard.

The Q7 comes standard with six standard airbags, cruise control and parking sensors front and rear. Adaptive cruise control, rear view camera and blind spot assist are optional features.
