The is the younger brother of the immensely popular Q7. In true fashion, the styling of the Q5 closely resembles that of the Q7 and it is an all-rounder compact SUV. It offers decent space and good drivability in the city. It does have a bit of off-road capabilities but those are suited best to lose gravel and a few shallow ruts.

The 2012 Audi Q5 is available with two engine options. The base variant gets an inline-4 cylinder 2-litre turbocharged engine that produces 211bhp at 4300-6000rpm and 350Nm of torque at a very low 1500-4200rpm. The 2012 Audi Q5 has three optional exterior styling packages, the black styling package, the off-road styling package and the S line package. On the inside you can choose from seven different colour and equipment packages.
