Chevrolet has launched the refreshed 2011 Corvette Coupe and Grand Sport in the Middle East.

The iconic American sports car gets a new exhaust, some new equipment and minor cosmetic enhancements.

A new performance dual-mode exhaust is now standard on the Corvette Grand Sport and is an option on the Corvette Coupe with automatic transmission.

With this new exhaust the Corvette’s 6.2-litre V8 engine produces an extra 6bhp taking its power output up to 436bhp. The Grand Sport also gets new Eagle F1 Supercar GEN2 tyres and a variety of new wheels are available for the Coupe and Convertible.

The Corvette will now be available in two new colours; Inferno Orange and Supersonic Blue, with contrasting colour headlamp overrides.

Other changes include a new audio system with navigation and Bose speakers, a Grand Sport Heritage pack for the Grand Sport.
