Hyundai to debut ix20 at Paris Motor Show

Hyundai will unveil a new MPV called the ix20 at this month’s Paris Motor Show.

The car is based on the 2008 HED-5 concept car and will go on sale in 2011.

Designed and developed at Hyundai’s R&D centre in Russelsheim, Germany the ix20 boasts of Hyundai’s new family look which we have earlier seen on the new Sonata and recently on the new Verna as well.

While the ix20’s design is toned down from the HED-5 concept car it still retains many futuristic elements as can be seen from this official teaser image released by Hyundai.

More details are expected nearer to the car’s debut in Paris.
