Hyundai unveils Concept RB at Moscow Motor Show
Hyundai has unveiled a new compact sedan concept called the Concept RB at the 2010 Moscow Motor Show.
The concept looks like an iteration of the new Accent which was revealed at the Beijing Motor Show in May. The concept is aimed at developing markets like Russia and its production version is expected to be pegged as an affordable compact sedan.
It could also be that the Concept RB becomes a low-cost version of the new Accent. It will be powered by two engine options; a 105bhp 1.4 litre unit and a 122bhp 1.6-litre motor. Both engines will be mated to either a five-speed manual or a four-speed auto.
Hyundai will begin producing the Concept RB in January 2011 at its Saint Petersburg plant in Russia. There is no official word on which other markets the Concept RB-based sedan would be sold in, including the Middle East.
