The 2011 Wrangler range

Here are a few images of the 2011 and Wrangler Unlimited.

Following on from the recent launch of the excellent new Jeep Grand Cherokee, the Ohio-built off-roader will now be available with a premium-inspired all-new interior and a body coloured removable hard top on the Sahara model.

Jeep are boasting an interior that “delivers rich styling with significantly upgraded touch surfaces, occupant comfort and versatility”. If it’s anything like the cabin of the new GC then it will have come on leaps and bounds from its predecessor.

The Wrangler's interior has been upgraded

A redesigned instrument cluster and centre stack are the key improvements while there are more larger storage areas and upgraded door armrests for extras comfort as well as larger rear windows for better visibility. Meanwhile engineers have significantly reduced interior noise thanks to a special acoustic treatment.

All-new steering-wheel controls allow the driver to operate the radio, cruise control, hands-free phone and other vehicle functions while keeping hands on the wheel.

There are several new colours in the new range

Several new Jeep Wrangler colors are available for 2011, including Detonator Yellow, Deep Cherry Red, Sahara Tan, Cosmos Blue and Bright White.

No news on new engines so you can assume that it both models will still run the 202bhp 3.8-litre V6.
