Classic car auction raises charity cash

This UK-built Banham Spyder was among the cars sold
An auction of four classic cars (and a motorbike) in Dubai raised 343,000AED, a proportion of which will go to charity.
The cars under the hammer at the Times Square Centre included a 1968 Chevrolet Camaro SS, a 1990 Bentley Eight, a Banham Spyder and a 1968 Mercedes-Benz 280SL, which made 150,000AED. A percentage of the takings will go to the Dubai Autism Centre.
