Kia brings the 2011 Cadenza to the Middle East

Kia has launched its new full-size luxury sedan the 2011 Cadenza in the .

This is the replacement for the ageing Opirus which was seen in December’ 2009 at the Dubai Motor Show. Powered by a 3.5-litre V6 engine which produces 286bhp and 338Nm of torque, the 2011 Cadenza features a six-speed automatic transmission which drives the front wheels.

Shorter than the outgoing Opirus, the Cadenza actually has a longer wheelbase and a more interior space than the former. It is also lighter and said to have better performance.

Standard and available features include a CD/MP3 stereo with six speakers and iPod/USB support , leather upholstery, power front seats and intelligent keyless entry with starter button,  as well as HID headlights, faux wood trim, power windows and electric mirrors. Also available are 17-inch alloy wheels, dual-zone climate control and a panoramic glass roof, as well as electric rear curtains, rain-sensing wipers and cruise control.

Further available features include navigation, ventilated front seats, rear camera and ambient lighting. Safety features include stability control, eight airbags and ABS.
