After Toyota, Honda and Nissan, has announced of cars and SUVs in the Middle East. is recalling 5,262 Captiva SUVs, 2,262 Cruze sedans and 916 Terrains.

The Chevrolet Captiva and GMC Terrain suffer from a possible steering issue while the Chevrolet Cruze has a possible fuel feeding hose problem which could lead to a fuel leak.

While there have been no reports of injuries or accidents due to these issues, GM is undertaking the precautionary recall to inspect the vehicles and will notify the owners of the affected cars and SUVs shortly.

    It would work for a short time. The batteries would qikucly overheat, however, because the Nissan Leaf’s radiators are designed to be air-cooled. With no air to carry away heat, the batteries would need to rely solely on radiative heat transfer (the only kind that exists through a vacuum). That means the batteries would get very hot, and would function very poorly, or even destroy themselves in a runaway reaction.
