The leaked CT 200h brochure

The LF-Ch concept inspired 2011 Lexus CT 200h, which was teased earlier this month, has now been fully revealed courtesy of a leaked brochure, ahead of the car’s official debut at the 2010 .

The brochure lists the specifications and several images of the five-door hatchback, which enters production in the second half of 2010. The Lexus CT 200h has reportedly been positioned to compete with the BMW 1 Series and the Audi A3. The hybrid powertrain features a 1.8-litre four-cylinder engine mated to an e-CVT automatic transmission driving the front wheels.

The CT 200h mates its petrol engine to a hybrid system which stores electricity in a nickel-metal hydride battery pack located under the rear seats. The car features LED detailing, 17-inch alloy wheels and a rear spoiler for a sporty look but as compared to the futuristic LF-Ch concept, the CT 200h has been toned down considerably to meet production requirements.
