The 2010 Formula One season suddenly got a lot more interesting after Michael Schumacher confirmed that he will make a comeback after a three year hiatus.

The seven time world champion was not fit enough to race with Ferrari earlier this year to replace injured Felipe Massa but he says his neck injury if completely healed now and that he is fit and raring to go.

Schumacher has signed a three-year contract with the new Mercedes GP team beginning with the 2010 season.

Not only does he want to race again, the 41 year old veteran driver is aiming for nothing less than the title itself. His first race will be the Bahrain Grand Prix on March 14, 2010, alongside new teammate Nico Rosberg.
