2010 Subaru Impreza WRX STi
Subaru has debuted the 2010 Legacy and the 2010 Impreza STi at a launch event for dealers at the Bahrain International Circuit.
The 2010 Subaru Legacy is powered by three flat-four cylinder ‘boxer’ engine choices – a 170bhp 2.5-litre four cylinder, a 265bhp turbocharged version of the same engine in the GT variant and a 256bhp 3.6-litre motor. The new Legacy will be offered in three trim levels – Legacy 2.5i, Legacy 2.5GT and Legacy 3.6R.
The rally-inspired 2010 Impreza WRX STi is the highest spec Impreza and is powered by a 305bhp, 2.5-litre four-cylinder ‘boxer’ engine mated to a six-speed manual transmission.
The all-wheel drive system now features a new helical-type limited slip differential. The new Impreza WRX STi also gets a new steering rack and wider 17×8-inch BBS alloy wheels.
Both cars go on sale around the GCC shortly.
