2010 Cadillac CTS Coupe

Cadillac has taken the covers off the 2010 CTS Coupe.

The car was showcased in concept form at this year’s Detroit Motor Show and will make its debut in the Middle East at the Dubai Motor Show next month.

The CTS Coupe is the latest vehicle in the CTS range that includes the sedan, the CTS-V and the CTS Sport Wagon. Based largely on the concept, the CTS Coupe is the sportiest looking of the CTS lineup thanks to its squat profile, more aggressive stance, hidden B-pillar, flush door handles and centrally located dual exhaust.

The CTS Coupe has the same wheelbase as the sedan but is two inches longer and rides two inches lower in an effort to improve handling.

A mightier V-Series variant with the CTS-V’s 6.2-litre V8 engine is expected to be launched later in 2010.

As with the CTS sedan, the Coupe will also be available in either rear-wheel or all-wheel drive and with two handling packages; a Performance package with 18-inch wheels and a Summer Tyre Performance package with 19-inch wheels, summer tires and larger brakes.
