The new GM showroom in Riyadh

Saudi Arabia has a new premium General Motors used car showroom in the Middle East.

The Riyadh showroom, run by the Aljomaih Automotive Company, sells pre-owned premium GM brands such as Cadillac, Hummer and Saab. The firm already runs a used showroom for Chevrolet and GMC, but decided to open a separate facility for the more upmarket GM brands.

According to manager Sam Maatouk, “Aljomaih Automotive has invested heavily in its standalone showroom for GM’s premium brands in order to reach out to those customers with the highest expectations of products and service.”

The new facility is the latest in a line of manufacturer-backed used car showroom across the Middle East. GM’s programme is the biggest of its kind in the region and currently boasts 22 showrooms. This is expected to grow to 27 by the end of the year.
