be safe with nissan Be safe with nissanNissan Middle East has launched the “Be Safe with Nissan” campaign for primary school children in the Gulf region. As part of the campaign, the company distributed 20,000 copies of its comic book and animated film to school kids.

“With the growing number of accidents across all cities in the region, we wanted to create an initiative that would educate and incorporate road safety rules and habits in young children, as they are our current passengers and future drivers and pedestrians,” said Adel Faidi from the corporate communications department at Nissan Middle East. “Aligning with the regional concern with safety, Nissan Middle East is pleases to play a role in spreading awareness through teaching youngsters in a light and interesting manner, safety tips they would happily apply”, he added.

The “Be Safe with Nissan” book is written in both English and Arabic using easy language and illustrative, colourful pictures that will help school children understand the message. The book also has a section for parents, with tips from how to make your car more safe for kids to how to ensure your child has the least impact in case of an accident.
